To make that possible, the same simple rules apply to everyone.
01 Respect.
Treat others the way you would like to be treated.
Respect is the foundation of every connection—online and in real life.
Harassment, hate speech, insults, or personal attacks have no place on JoinMyCircle.
02 No Violence. No Hate.
We do not tolerate content that promotes or encourages violence.
We also do not tolerate discrimination, racism, extremism, or content targeting individuals or groups with hatred or hostility.
03 No Illegal Content
JoinMyCircle must not be used for illegal activities.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Illegal trade
- Fraud
- Copyright infringement
- Drug trafficking
- Weapons trafficking
- Incitement to violence
- Any other unlawful content
04 No Advertising
JoinMyCircle is not an advertising platform.
Spam, mass marketing, unsolicited promotions, or sales offers are not permitted.
Businesses will have their own dedicated area in the future:
Business Circles.
05 Be Honest
Do not use false identities to deceive others.
You don’t have to display your full name publicly.
However, your account must never be used for fraud, impersonation, or misleading others.
06 Your Circle. Your Responsibility.
You decide:
- which interests you share,
- which Circles you build,
- and who you choose to connect with.
Please use that freedom responsibly.
07 Free to Join
JoinMyCircle is free for all Circlers.
And it always will be.
Participation is entirely voluntary.
Creating an account does not guarantee permanent access to the platform or to any specific features.
To protect the platform and its Circlers, JoinMyCircle reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where necessary.
08 Built on Permission.
Every connection begins with mutual consent.
No one becomes part of your personal Circle without your decision.
You always decide whether to reach out to someone or accept a connection.
09 Violations
Protecting our Circlers together.
JoinMyCircle should remain a place where people can connect safely and respectfully.
To help achieve this, we monitor compliance with these Terms using technical measures and, where appropriate, artificial intelligence.
Accounts involved in harassment, threats, fraud, abuse, or other misuse of the platform may be reviewed and appropriate action may be taken.
Depending on the severity of the violation, content may be removed, features restricted, or accounts suspended or permanently terminated.
During a suspension, affected accounts may be unable to send, receive, or create new connections.

JoinMyCircle will continue to evolve.
Whenever these Terms are updated, you’ll always find the latest version here.
For significant changes, we’ll also notify you through Mission Control.
